MSc. Clinical Psychology
Christ University, Bangalore
My story, clinical philosophy, and approach to creating a safe space for healing.

I am a counselling psychologist who believes that therapy is not another space where you need to be perfect. It is a space where you can speak openly, understand your experiences, and work through concerns at your own pace. I focus on creating an environment where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself.
I use an integrative approach, drawing from CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy, based on the client's needs. I am also trained in Trauma-informed and Queer-affirmative practices, and when relevant, I integrate Indian knowledge systems to make therapy more culturally meaningful.
I have experience working with concerns such as anxiety, mood-related difficulties, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress-management, grief, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I have worked with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds.
Together, we'll create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, process difficult emotions, and discover new pathways to healing that remain with you long after therapy has ended!
Identifying and reframing unhelpful thought patterns to create tangible changes in mood and behavior.
Exploring unconscious processes and past experiences to understand present-day challenges and relationship dynamics.
Integrating present-moment awareness and somatic experiencing to regulate the nervous system and reduce stress.
Degrees, certifications, and ongoing learning that inform my practice.
